These terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Delivery Charges

 

Free First Class Royal Mail Delivery on all UK Mainland orders.

Orders must be placed before 10am to qualify for next day delivery.

Unfortunately delivery isn’t available for locations outside of the UK and Ireland. Christmas Delivery – Last delivery date is 21st December, last order for Christmas delivery is 10am on 20th December Delivery Days & Ordering

 

Orders will be taken from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 10am should be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 10am will be packed and dispatched the following day for delivery the day after. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Saturday delivery available on request £25 charge applies. Delivery is not available on Sunday.

 

Delivery Time
Your goods will be delivered by First Class Royal Mail so should arrive on the day after you placed the order (before 10.00am). Unfortunately, however we cannot guarantee that the delivery will arrive the next day. Usually most orders are delivered by 4pm. Certain locations will automatically all under a two day delivery zone for example, isolated areas such as the Scottish Highlands.

 

Delivery Address
We can deliver to any address and this includes a place of work or to a neighbour or friend. If the alternate delivery address is incorrect and we cannot deliver, we do not accept responsibility for the failure to deliver.

 

Packaging methods and product care.
All our smoked fish products will arrive with you within 24hrs of dispatch which is usually the maximum time your order needs to get to its destination. The product has been salt cured, smoked and vacuum-packaged this preserves the product and will enable a delivery of up to 48hrs and still arrive in perfect condition, simply refrigerate products on arrival and consume within the date on packaging or freeze while still vacuum packed.

 

All our fresh products will arrive with you within 24hrs of dispatch which is usually the maximum time your order needs to get to its destination. Products will be packaged inside insulated boxes with re-usable gel ice packs keeping your products at a refrigerated temperature, simply refrigerate products on arrival and consume within the date on packaging or freeze while still vacuum packed.

 

All our frozen products will arrive with you within 24hrs of dispatch which is usually the maximum time your order needs to get to its destination. Products will be packaged inside insulated boxes with re-usable gel ice packs keeping your products at a frozen temperature, some products may arrive slightly de-frosted simply refrigerate products on arrival and consume within the date on packaging, we do not advise the re-freezing of frozen products.

 

OTHER INFORMATION

 

Availability
Fish and Seafood availability is subject to conditions outside our control, such as weather, seasonal variations, and fish landings. We therefore can’t guarantee that all our products will always be available. If for one of the above reasons the products are not available, we will contact you by phone or email to discuss whether you would like a refund or wait until the product becomes available.

Warranty

We do everything we can to ensure your kippers or kipper fillets arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason you are unhappy you should contact us immediately.

Product Liability

Product liability is limited to the value of the goods ONLY at the price of sale.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (except Amex and Diners Card) and will process your payment prior to the dispatch of your order.

 

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 01947 492018 or 07900 565619, preferably before 10am on the day of dispatch. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop the order. If we have not dispatched your order, we will refund your payment.
